We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Content Marketing Intern to drive traffic to our real estate platforms by executing a structured daily content publishing strategy. You’ll work with approved tools to generate, edit, publish, and interlink 10 SEO-optimized articles per day across internal and external platforms.

Remote (Nigeria-based preferred)
Salary:
₦1,200,000 per annum (₦100,000/month)
Employment Type:
Full-Time Internship (12 Months)
Key Responsibilities:
Generate daily article topics using provided prompts
Use ChatGPT to write 10 SEO-rich real estate articles per day
Apply Hemingway and Grammarly to ensure clarity and correctness
Format and publish articles to:
- 7 external platforms (e.g., Medium, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora)
- 3 internal blog network sites:
Add internal and external links across all articles for SEO optimization
Create basic visual content on Canva for posts
Maintain a detailed tracker using Google Sheets
Monitor views/traffic and flag top-performing articles for repurposing
Must be Conversant with:
Chat GPT
Hemingway App
Grammarly
Canva
Google Sheets
WordPress, Medium, Quora, LinkedIn, etc.
Requirements:
Strong English writing and editing skills
Passion for digital marketing, real estate, or tech
Familiarity with SEO best practices (or willingness to learn)
Consistent and highly organized with daily publishing targets
Fast learner and comfortable using AI tools
